About us

"

The SpringBoard approach encourages a questioning of existing assumptions and a transformation in the boardroom environment via structural and behavioural change.

"

As former c-suite executives and non-executive board members, we understand the challenges facing company boards first-hand.

Founded by Ruud Hopstaken, who combines 30 years’ boardroom experience with education and training in  system-psychodynamics, SpringBoard works to address these challenges and engineer outstanding team collaboration all around the world.

Too often, a lack of common ground, complex undercurrents and competing agendas adversely affect boardroom performance and ultimately undermine results.

Our approach of review and coaching encourages you to question existing assumptions and transform your boardroom relations via structural and behavioural change.

Together, we’ll unlock open communication, optimise each individual's role and empower the board as a whole to instil long-lasting habits that enhance collaboration and performance.
